The Getting It Done program is designed to provide the guidance, motivation, and group support you need to make that change become a habit. During this 4 week program, you will take actions focused on the 3 Pillars of Health necessary for living a long and healthy life:
NUTRITION: Not a diet...DIETS DON'T WORK! You will learn about how to "healthify" your food choices and improve your relationship with food without feeling deprived.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: More powerful than any medication and with NO NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS! Being active doesn't have to mean going to a gym every day, and you will learn how.
EMOTIONAL HEALTH: The backbone of health is taking care of YOU...your emotional health determines the outcome of the other pillars of health, and too often we neglect this part of our health. Learn what small steps to take that will lead to great outcomes in the future.
